Gwen is VP of People Development at AppDynamics. Gwen started her career working in non-profit organizations, where her work ranged from partnering communities to renovate schools and youth centers to caring for children in group homes to working with companies to create viable alternatives for working parents. For the past 18 years she has working in HR in tech companies where she has been building and delivering people programs from manager development to employee recognition to career coaching to mentorship. She holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz, and completed graduate work at SFSU in Social Work. Feedback Assessment, and Strength Development Inventory certifications.
