Jenny Cheng is VP Global Professional Services at PayPal, focused on delivering merchant, partner and customer success. Previously, Jenny held roles at large and small companies including, Chief Product Officer and General Manager Platform at InsideView, an early Technology and Product VP at Salesforce.com and COO and Co-Founder of a predictive analytics company. She has served on many not-for-profit boards and is an B2B SaaS angel investor.

Jo Lambert is the Vice President of Consumer Financial Services at PayPal. In this role, she is leading efforts to democratize financial services and make the management and movement of money more effective and affordable for billions of financially underserved people around the world. She speaks broadly about the role technology can play to lower the costs and barriers to access financial services, and the importance of building a customer-centric team with a culture centered around a shared mission in order to drive change. Previously, Jo was the Senior Vice-President of Product Development and Operations at American Express, where she was charged with developing and managing Product, User-Experience and Operational Excellence for a group focused on developing next-generation banking solutions.

Muna Hussain (Senior Manager, Diversity & Inclusion, PayPal)Muna Hussaini
Muna Hussaini manages Diversity & Inclusion programs for PayPal. She is responsible for launching the Recharge Program which is focused on bringing women technologists who have taken a career break back into the workforce. Muna is a mother and community activist who regularly speaks about her experience as a victim of hate crimes. She serves on the City of Austin/Travis County Hate Crimes Task Force and is a Board Member for Interfaith Action of Central TX. Muna can eat an entire bowl of Kerbey Queso on her own and loves to play volleyball when she has the time.
