Kimber Lockhart (CTO, One Medical Group)Kimber Lockhart
Kimber Lockhart is CTO of innovative health care company One Medical Group, working to scale the technology innovations that underpin the re-invented doctor’s office and create a fully connected health engagement platform. Her role includes leading software engineering, product management, design and product support — all focused on delivering a top-notch user experience in a highly regulated space. She speaks widely on building and scaling technical teams, with a focus on crafting culture, developing leaders and effectively addressing technical debt. Previously, Kimber co-founded Increo Solutions, a document collaboration company that was acquired by Box in 2009. Arquay Harris (Director of Engineering, Slack)Arquay Harris
Arquay Harris is the Director of Engineering for Customer Acquisition at Slack. Prior to Slack, she was a Web Development Manager at Google, where she lead a large team of Information Architects, Developers and Designers. Before Google as Director of Engineering at CBS Interactive, she oversaw the development teams for the B2B brands including ZDNet and Moneywatch. Arquay is a developer who holds a Masters in Design. She loves the marriage of form and function. When not working, she can be found cooking, stumbling over guitar chords or watching Seinfeld.

Jen-Mei Wu (Software Architect, Indiegogo)Jen-Mei Wu
Jen-Mei Wu is a Software Architect at Indiegogo, where she works on engineering guidelines and architecture for the engineering team. Her current focus is on infrastructure (e.g. cloud hosting), performance, and front-end architecture. She is also one of the organizers of Indiegogo’s Diversity and Inclusion group. Jen-Mei is also a founder and organizer of Liberating Ourselves Locally, a social-justice-oriented, people of color-led, and gender diverse maker/hacker space in Oakland. Rachael Stedman (Engineering Manager, Lever)Rachael Stedman
Rachael Stedman is an engineering manager for the infrastructure and backend teams at Lever, a collaborative hiring software product helping companies recruit and grow their teams. She joined the team in 2014 as a product engineer and was one of the first employees to kickoff internal discussions around diversity and inclusion. Before Lever, Rachael was with Mobiquity, a professional services startup that builds mobile applications for enterprise, as it grew from less than 50 people to over 250. She has also spent some time in Australia getting to know the start up community in Melbourne. She enjoys listening to audiobooks on 3x and attending spoken word poetry slams. Sukrutha Bhadouria (Engineering Manager, Salesforce) – Moderator Sukrutha Bhadouria
Sukrutha Bhadouria is an Engineering Manager at Salesforce. Sukrutha has led teams that developed Visualforce and Integrated Collaboration with Salesforce. In 2011, she joined Bay Area Girl Geek Dinners as the Managing Director to network women in technology. Prior to that, she worked as an engineer at Citrix Online, for the GoToMeeting product. She was named in San Francisco Business Times 2016 “40 Under 40″​ list and Business Insider named her one of “30 Most Important Women Under 30 In Tech”​ in 2015. Angie Chang (Founder, Bay Area Girl Geek Dinners) – Moderator Angie Chang
Angie Chang is the Founder of Bay Area Girl Geek Dinners, hosting Girl Geek Dinners at Silicon Valley companies since January 2008. Each dinner welcomes hundreds of girl geeks into the offices of companies including Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, and features girl geeks onstage as speakers and role models. In addition to leading Girl Geek Dinners, Angie helped build a San Francisco-based coding school for women from the ground up, and co-founded Women 2.0 (a media company supporting women entrepreneurs) where she served as editor-in-chief. Angie started building simple websites in high school and college, and realized she could get paid to do this – and yes, without a computer science degree. Follow her on Twitter at @thisgirlangie.

Jordana Stein (Business Development, Envoy) – Host Jordana Stein

Jordana Stein was one of the first sales leads at Envoy – an Andreessen Horowitz backed company which makes visitor and package management software for the office of the future. She led Envoy’s efforts in the education vertical, growing from 30 to 1500 schools in less than two years, and establishing a presence in almost every school district in California. Previously, she was the speechwriter for the head of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and studied at the London School of Economics, and at Sciences Po, Paris.
