Tracy is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Splunk. Prior to joining Splunk, she served as Vice President of Human Resources, Global Product and Technology at eBay, an e-commerce company, from 2012 to 2015. From 2009 to 2012, she served as Senior Director, Human Resources at eBay. Previously, she served in a variety of senior management roles at Starbucks, Blast Radius and Business Objects. She holds an advanced B.A. from the University of Manitoba.
