Sara Shi is an engineering lead and manager at Strava on the Foundation team. She enjoys developing the systems and infrastructure that make Strava reliable and performant for the athletes that rely on Strava, and building tools that enable the engineers that work at Strava. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate their careers and building inclusive and sustainable teams and culture. In her free time she enjoys all things related to food and the outdoors.
