Rishu Misri Jaggi is a senior principal technical communications engineer at Cadence. She has had a 22-year long career, of which she’s been at Cadence for 12, and has focused on content development, training, learning, and communications—related to both technical and non-technical areas. At Cadence, Rishu has had the opportunity to interact with several passionate learners from underprivileged households who have been able to pursue their academic dreams, thanks to the Cadence Scholarship Program. In her role as a mentor to some of these bright, enthusiastic boys and girls, the time she spends interacting with these students and seeing them shape their lives has been the most gratifying.
