Kelsey (she/her) currently manages the Site Reliability Engineering team at Discord, where her team’s mission is to defend the customer experience without sacrificing people to do it. She spent many years as an SRE prior to moving into a manager role. She made the switch to managing teams to follow her passion around enabling people to do their best work.
