Jiahan Ericsson is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in enterprise SaaS. She is currently a Senior Director of Engineering at Ironclad, the leader in digital contracting. She supports several key verticals of the Ironclad product, as well as the Engineering, Product, and Design Organization as part of the leadership team. Prior to Ironclad, she spent over a decade at Salesforce working across many product areas in core infrastructure, platform, and Trailhead. Jiahan is passionate about engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and mentorship. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Certificate of Business Excellence from Haas School of Business. She is also a professionally trained pastry chef from FERRANDI and Le Meurice in Paris. Jiahan grew up in China, Romania, Hungary, and United States; she now lives in Berkeley, CA with her husband and two young children.
