Iren began her career at Schrodinger as a software developer and has worked her way up to a senior software engineer. She was also the leader and founder of a community for international employees during her time there as well as serving in the DEI council. She is a mentor and teacher, and has ample experience helping aspiring developers and students navigate early-career struggle. She attended Pomona College as an international student where she studied Computer Science and Molecular Biology.
