Guadalupe (“Lupe”) is a seasoned legal professional with over 14 years of experience advising both start-ups and large publicly funded corporations in a wide variety of matters, including commercial transactions, corporate governance, IP and labor law. She is a Senior Director on the SugarCRM legal team and has been instrumental in establishing many of the Company’s legal processes and procedures as well as assisting with the Company’s commercial, legal, HR and compliance matters. Prior to joining SugarCRM, Lupe held commercial counsel roles at Apple Inc. and Symantec Corporation and associate roles at Pillsbury Winthrop LLP and Cooley Godward LLP. Lupe obtained a JD/MBA from Santa Clara University and an AB from Harvard University.
