With over 15 years of extensive leadership experience in the cybersecurity sector, Dana is deeply committed to driving organizational transformations and fostering growth. Her journey has been marked by a passion for leadership, process optimization, and coaching and mentoring colleagues to reach their full potential.

As the Founder of Fogbank Coaching & Consulting, LLC, she leads initiatives focused on leadership development, team building and organizational resilience, supporting values-driven and purpose-led work. Prior to this, she held the role of Senior Vice President/Global Head of Professional Services Operations at NCC Group, where she developed global operational standards while achieving double-digit revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

Now, as the Vice President of Services at Anvil Secure, she is tasked with providing professional leadership in all aspects of services delivery. She oversees the Security Engineering staff and Project Management internally and plays a key role in providing sales support and facilitating communication with clients.

Additionally, she is a mom of two elementary-aged children and actively volunteers in their curriculum, assisting the school counselor with social-emotional learning and conflict resolution. She is also an avid baker, amateur ukelele player, sometime artist and recovering over-achiever.
