Previously, she worked in the tech industry for over 20 years leading engineering teams to deliver financial, healthcare, and cloud products, including over 5 years at Google. She had worked as a business analyst, program manager, and product manager. She is passionate about supporting people to elevate their leadership impact, navigate career transitions, break through limiting beliefs, or get out of burnout to rediscover joy in work/life.
