Chizobam Nwagwu

Chizobam Nwagwu is passionate about people-centered policy. She brings experience an Aspen Tech Policy Hub Savilla Pitt Memorial Fellow and Winter Scholar, Coding it Forward fellow with the Department of Health and Human Services, and Policy Innovation Lab Fellow with Carnegie Mellon University. She is currently serving as inaugural Product Manager for the Digital Service at CMS and as an inaugural cohort member of the US Digital Corp Fellowship program. She presented at the Code for America Summit speaking on early career pipelines in civic tech and a policy crash course for product managers in government. In 2022, she co-hosted, produced and ran the civic tech podcast, think civic. Chizobam holds a MSPPM from Carnegie Mellon University and graduated from Syracuse University. When she’s not working, you can find her growing too many tomatoes or taking improv classes.
