Bella Davis-Riemer is an operational leader and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in both corporate and startup environments. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Seattle University and the City University of Seattle and pursued graduate studies in Information System Management at the Technical University of Berlin. Bella has held roles at Joblift GmbH, Microsoft, and Google to name a few, focusing on resolving technical challenges and implementing scalable, customer-centric strategies.

She is the Founder & CEO of Monarch AI, aimed at creating an all-in-one digital safety platform. She has been volunteering for organizations including The Mentoring Club as a certified mentor and 2hearts, helping people with their careers. She is a board member of the American Women Club in Berlin (FAWCO member).
