Aaratee Rao has over 16 years of experience building and leading global software development teams in a wide range of organizations from nimble startups, hyper-growth companies to large corporations. She is currently a Group Engineering Manager of Microsoft Teams, Silicon Valley where she works closely with engineers, product managers, and cross functional stakeholders to bring the best product experience to customers. She is also part of Microsoft’s Bay Area leadership team, where she helps direct Diversity and Inclusion initiatives among local employee groups and serves as a mentor for employees who are at various stages in their careers. Prior to Microsoft she had leadership roles at Uber, Visa, Intuit and Walmart labs.
