Itir joined USDS in 2023. She started her career as a database administrator, specializing in systems for tracking and reporting on hospitalizations for patients with complex needs. Most recently, Itir was a Director of Product Management at Flatiron Health, developing a technology platform for cancer research and clinical data analysis. Prior to this role, Itir directed product management at the Integrated Healthcare Association, where the team launched and improved California’s healthcare provider directory. Itir holds a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Art History from Rutgers University.
