Samihah is designing at WhatsApp (Meta) immersed in problems centered around consumer communication. Previously, she worked at CashApp (Block), Lyft, Postmates, One Medical, and more. A Product Designer with over 12 years of experience, she focuses on interaction design, product strategy, and visual design. Samihah has used these skills to solve problems in numerous spaces from Consumer, Marketplaces, Healthcare, Enterprise, Gaming, and more. She is most excited about finding the right problems and scaling products on teams that need experienced senior IC leaders. When she’s not designing, she likes painting traditional eastern art, skiing, and giving the occasional design talk. She has been a mentor for the US Department of State’s TechWomen program,  and has been a speaker at Mind the Product, Layers Conf, AIGA’s SF Design Week, Designers & Geek, and more. Samihah is a Bay Area native, and currently based in New York City.
