Julia is a Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School. Previously, Julia was a Vice President of Innovation and Site Director, Cambridge Research Lab at VMware. She has over 20 years of extensive experience managing technology teams in both mature and start-up organizations. Julia received her BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Business where she received her Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
