As Vice President of Engineering with Walmart Labs and formerly co-founder of Inkiru, acquired by Walmart Labs in 2013, Jaya’s focus is on using cutting edge predictive techniques to identify patterns and signals to quickly solve complex business problems that otherwise would be impossible to achieve, especially at Walmart scale. In her role at Walmart Labs, Jaya is responsible for defining and testing a predictive intelligence platform that allows data scientists to build and deploy predictive algorithms that can influence customer experience in real-time and reduce fraud. Jaya has an MBA from Villanova University.
