Vivian is the Vice President, Strategic Information Management and Global Relationships, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and CEO of Kaiser Permanente. She provides strategic leadership for the decision support function, producing analytics and insights to make the best decisions. Vivian manages the partnership with the World Economic Forum. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, she consulted with senior leadership at Fortune 500 firms in her seven years with Booz & Co. Vivian holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, and statistics from the National University of Singapore, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.
