Teniola Adedipe

Teniola currently is the Head of Operations for Gap special projects where her responsibilities include developing and implementing an operational plan, leading the buying and planning of inventory and ensuring that the strategy set for the team is carried out properly. Before this, Teniola spent three years on the Data and Analytics team leading the decision support team which provided customer analytics across the portfolio of Gap Inc. brands. Prior to Gap, Teniola has spent her time working in the retail industry both as a consultant with McKinsey & Company and directly with other retailers including Levi’s and Bed, Bath & Beyond. At Gap Inc., Teniola has become a mentor to other employees through her leadership role as a co-chair of the African American Network group and continues her passion of mentoring others outside through her active participation with the Duke University Alumni Association, interviewing undergraduate applicants seeking admission to her alma mater. Teniola holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
