Stefanie Stevens

Stefanie is the VP of Customer Success at Juvo, leading the expanding Customer Success team focused on onboarding and high engagement and optimized use of the Juvo platform. Stefanie has more than 18 years experience building world-class client services organizations for technology companies. Her career has been focused on cultivating client relationships, informing product strategy with the voice of the customer and delivering stellar service with each client touch-point. Prior to joining Juvo, Stefanie was the Sr. Director, Client Services at FIS Digital, where she built and evolved a client services organization focused on optimized on-boarding, training, support and expansion. Stefanie earned her B.A. in History and Italian Literature from Wellesley College. In her spare time, Stefanie is an avid equestrian and budding guitar player.
