Sravanthi Kondoju is a data platform engineering lead at Target with over 16 years of experience in enterprise data platform and large-scale distributed system implementations. She has previously worked with Macy’s , Oracle , FedEx, ADP and successfully implemented Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles within platform engineering, significantly enhanced system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Recently honored by WomenTech Network during International Women in Engineering Day 2025 as one of the 30 Outstanding Women in Engineering Leadership.
