With a Master’s in Production Engineering and hands-on experience in digital transformation, Siham translates complex manufacturing technologies into practical, scalable solutions. Her work spans smart manufacturing ecosystems, data-driven decision-making, and the future of human-centered industrial systems.

A TechWomen alumna and former Juniper Networks intern, Siham has spoken at international forums including the Anna Lindh Foundation and delivered workshops on AI in entrepreneurship and manufacturing innovation.
