Siham Bouguern is an industrial manufacturing engineer and founder focused on smart manufacturing systems and engineering leadership. As founder of Jawsak, she builds platforms that bridge technical execution and business strategy, helping engineers navigate the complexities of Industry 4.0, AI-driven manufacturing, and sustainable operations.

With a Master’s in Production Engineering and hands-on experience in digital transformation, Siham translates complex manufacturing technologies into practical, scalable solutions. Her work spans smart manufacturing ecosystems, data-driven decision-making, and the future of human-centered industrial systems.

A TechWomen alumna and former Juniper Networks intern, Siham has spoken at international forums including the Anna Lindh Foundation and delivered workshops on AI in entrepreneurship and manufacturing innovation. She focuses on helping mid-to-senior engineering leaders think clearly about technology adoption, build resilient systems, and lead teams through manufacturing’s digital evolution.
