Shana is Senior Director, Human Resources at SugarCRM where she is responsible for HR activities around the globe. Prior to working at SugarCRM, she co-founded a startup and has worked at a variety of companies including Xactly, Google, Severn Trent Services, and BMC Software. She holds a BS in International Politics from University of California, Santa Cruz and an MS in Human Resource Management from Fox School of Business, Temple University.
