Sarah is a Senior Data Analyst with the Support Operations Team, where she uses her extensive knowledge of reporting tools and practices to analyze the company’s operations data and present it in a meaningful and actionable format. Sarah started in Tier 2 Support, where she was lead product expert of Zendesk Reporting and Analytics Tools. She is passionate about growing her expertise of reporting technologies and practices that yield a deeper understanding of business operations and result in optimal decision making both for Zendesk as well as our customers. She enjoys spending time with her friends, traveling and exploring hobbies that engage her creatively.
