Ruchi joined MongoDB as Director of Revenue in December 2015 from Quotient Technologies. Since then, Ruchi has been promoted to Assistant Controller and has built the team in preparation for IPO. While at Quotient, Ruchi built the finance and accounting department and prepared the company for IPO. Ruchi enjoys working with systems and building processes with a keen eye of accounting and controls while addressing all the business needs. Ruchi enjoys coaching and developing strong and efficient teams. She holds a Masters in Marketing form India and MBA and Accounting degree from Santa Clara University.
