Riley is a Senior Product Manager at SugarCRM. She joined SugarCRM as an intern in 2013, and returned full time after completing her B.A.Sc. in Management (Industrial) Engineering at University of Waterloo. Riley is a process and Agile enthusiast with a keen interest in user-centered design. When she isn’t supporting her team as they save the world one bug at a time, Riley can be found getting lost on remote islands or enjoying a good book.
