Natalie Plummer

Natalie attended State University of New York at Albany for her undergraduate degree, and UNC Law for her law degree.  She practiced law for 21 years.  First as an ADA in the Bronx District Attorney’s office for four years in the domestic violence, sex crimes and child abuse unit.  She then worked as an agency attorney in NYPD prosecuting police misconduct.  Natalie then took her legal experience and worked as a civil trial attorney at a mid-size Philadelphia firm.  During her time there she rose to the position of partner, and co-lead of the firms diversity inclusion and community engagement group, which sparked a desire to refocus her career into the diversity field.  In her current position she works as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Bentley Systems.
