Molly is the Director of Offline Marketing at HomeLight where she manages TV, radio, out of home, and brand sponsorship media placements with a focus on utilizing large scale media to drive efficient customer acquisition. Prior to joining HomeLight, she was a Director of Client Strategy at Oxford Road, a performance marketing advertising agency, where she helped e-commerce and consumer tech companies acquire customers at scale using offline media. She was the first employee at the DTC subscription snack company, NatureBox, where she launched and scaled multiple customer acquisition channels while serving as a champion for the growing startup’s culture and team for over four years. Before she switched gears to the tech world, Molly spent four years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S Navy, deploying with the USS SAMUEL B. ROBERTS and USS NIMITZ in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Her veteran to tech startup transition story has been featured on the podcasts Behind the Uniform and Success Vets. Molly is an alumna of the University of Virginia (wahoowa!) and she lives in San Francisco with her husband and 16 month old daughter. She is an active volunteer with the non-profit There With Care and a member of Chairman Mom. Outside of work, Molly works to support families with children facing critical illnesses and strives to set an example of what being a woman and mom can look like today’s tech world.
