Mellisa is a former US Marine who now resides in the Bay Area, California. After finishing her B.S. in Marketing & Business Administration, she started an internship at Workday. This internship is a program that was specifically designed for recently separated military members. Not coming from a tech background, Mellisa was able to work hard and secure and full-time position at Workday, where she recently celebrated her 2-year work anniversary. She is a dog mom, weightlifter, hiker, and now a techie!
