Mario Cadete (he/him/his) is the Regional Manager for San Francisco Engineering at Bloomberg, leading teams that develop products, platforms, and infrastructure for Bloomberg’s next generation of financial computing. Before assuming his new role in August 2017, Mario led Engineering teams in New York, London, and San Francisco that developed numerous financial products including Cross Asset Electronic Trading Platforms, Equity Fundamentals Data Processing Systems, and FX and Commodity Derivatives Pricing and Risk Management Systems. Mario holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from DePaul University, and a CQF.
