Manasa helps teams operationalize their processes to deliver the best customer experience. At Twilio, she is a Program Manager. Manasa moved to the US in 2007 and worked as User Operations Manager for a bootstrapped startup in the payments space. Prior to that, she worked in Customer Operations roles at Tata Tea and HSBC in INDIA. She is an avid learner who has taught herself technical skills, such as Java, Python and SQL, and constantly advocates for learning something new. She is passionate about easy-to-use API’s, operations workflow, and the need for women in technology. She holds an MBA from International Institute of Information Technology, India.
