Madhu leads the Cloud Delivery, Operations and Support organization for the IBM Cloud Data Services. Her mission is to establish a world class service delivery, engineering, operations and support teams to transform IBM business on the cloud. The portfolio of offerings range from hosted and managed services available on Bluemix and Softlayer. She has managed and led several strategic technology areas in the Information Management such as – Database tools, DB2 for zOS, Enterprise Search platform/product development, and as well IBM Replication and Federation product sets. She has vast experience with all the different facets of the software development, from concept to delivery as well as customer support. She was honored for the Silicon Valley’s executive Women and recipient of 2012 TWIN award.
