Lucy is Head of Education at Curious Cardinals, a global platform that supports middle and high school students discover and pursue passion with the guidance of mentors. She is the first hire of the startup and helped grow the team to 16 and 3x the revenue.

Lucy has been leveraging the power of human-centered design to build effective and enjoyable learning experiences. Previously, she was a founding coach at Maven to grow cohort-based courses, built curriculum for refugees in Berlin, designed Machine Learning Bootcamp at Springboard, and led education strategy at Mural.

Lucy was a founding graduate from the innovative university, Minerva, and received a master’s degree in Technology, Innovation and Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education.
