Laura is a Research Director at AdHoc. Previously, she was a User Experience Researcher at ModCloth and self-described goofy girly geek. At ModCloth, she worked to represent the voice of ModCloth’s wonderful customers to the Product Team and anyone else who will listen. She was excited about Lean UX, testing for value and desirability in addition to usability, and making qual and quant be friends. Laura holds a master’s of information management and systems from UC Berkeley.
