LaDeitra is President of National Society of Black Engineers Austin Professionals (NSBE). She has been involved in NSBE since her freshman year in college and joined NSBE Austin Professionals in 2019. She’s currently a Senior Principal Product Development Manager at Dell Technologies, Inc. working in the Client Solutions Group with the Alienware Software Gaming Solutions.

She is a co-author of Black Women Speak Out and was recently awarded the 2022 Black Professional Alliance Professional Choice Award and the Austin Black Business Journal’s Most Influential Technologist Award. She is the Founder and CEO of The Triple L Affect, LLC and 501c3 Foundation, thetriplelaffect.com. She led the Trading Engineering team and Black Professionals at Charles Schwab and was awarded the 2020 Employee Resource Group Outstanding Leader Award and 2019 Outstanding Service Award for her service leading her ERG at Charles Schwab from 2016 to 2021.
