Kate is the Customer Success Program Manager at Optimizely. She manages a team of Customer Success Managers who are focused on supporting and enabling our clients through their testing journey. Prior to that, she was a Customer Success Manager Optimizely, where she started the Mid-Market Customer Success team focused on building systems and processes to facilitate managing a large number of clients. Kate holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Queen’s University.
