Hema Chamraj

Hema Chamraj is the Technology and Policy Advocacy Lead in Data Platforms Group at Intel. Currently, she is involved with Intel’s Pandemic Response Technology Initiative to collaborate with customers and partners to address COVID-19 challenges. she is driving Intel’s participation in the COVID-19 Industry Coalition (https://c19hcc.org/) – a private-sector led effort to address COVID-19 priorities. Hema has held varied roles in technology and business at Intel including strategic planning, product development, business development and marketing. In her recent past role, she drove strategy and business development for Intel’s Artificial Intelligence Portfolio including deep learning solutions for Healthcare providers, Lifesciences and Pharma sectors. She has passion for technology and for the role of AI in addressing issues in the Health and Life Sciences Sector, having driven industry enabling initiatives with key partners, devised concepts to accelerate genomic medicine, precision health and helped shape healthcare policy in the United States.
