Prior to Pindrop, Heather was a Director in the SugarCRM legal team focusing on product development, strategy and growth of the intellectual property portfolio, support of the third party app/solution community and the channel partner program. She is a seasoned legal professional with 15+ years of sophisticated legal experience. Prior to SugarCRM, her corporate experience includes tenure with Palm, HP and Amazon/Lab126. Heather’s law firm background was as an associate at DLA Piper where she specialized in intellectual property and technology transactions, representing the full span of private start-ups to and public companies. She earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
