Beyond her career, Florence is a dedicated volunteer, lending her expertise as a Virtual Build Events Volunteer with 48 in 48, supporting nonprofits in establishing impactful online footprints. Serving as a Board Member for the Project Management Institute-Central Illinois Chapter, she leads Publicity/Sponsorship as Vice President, enhancing the chapter’s reach and fostering member education.
