Erin Rudwall is a Regional Vice President at Sierra, where she leads one of the go-to-market teams. Previously, Erin served as the Director of Strategic Sales at Figma. Earlier in her career, she worked as a named account executive at Zendesk and various customer-facing roles at a hedge fund. Erin holds a degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis.

A graduate of UC Davis, she is a vocal advocate for the San Francisco tech community and is dedicated to supporting diverse leadership within the sales and GTM ecosystem. Erin continues to be at the forefront of helping organizations navigate the future of AI-driven engagement.
