Emily Garcia (she/her) is the Head of Pixel Supply & Demand Management on Google’s Devices & Services (DSPA) team, which ensures inventory readiness and revenue planning for our Google phone product launches. She has worked at Google for 6 years, and also leads the Women& DSPA ERG. Emily has a passion for scaling our Pixel business and helping mature our Supply Chain, often managing ambiguous problems requiring lots of collaboration and critical thinking. She has always been an active participant in Employee Resource Groups (before and at Google), looking to continue to advance Equity and Inclusion initiatives at work. Emily’s background is in Industrial & Operations Engineering with over 12 years of industry experience. Outside of work, she loves to hike long distances, rock climb, and entertain her dogs.
