Disha is the Vice President of Service Operations and Support at Quantcast. In her current role, Disha is responsible for leading Quantcast’s global customer service organization. Prior to joining Quantcast in 2018, Disha worked at General Electric where she was responsible for scaling up the global customer support & operations team for GE’s Industrial Internet and Big Data analytics platform. While at GE, Disha led a Devops transformation, to influence company-wide decisions that directly impacted customer outcomes and operational productivity. Prior to GE, she worked at CallidusCloud, where she helped build onshore & offshore support teams, establishing support processes and tools as well as customer account management & renewals. Disha holds a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 kids.
