Devika leads the Messaging Engineering/Platform team that communicates with our customers globally via email, push notifications, in-app notifications, SMS, and other channels. Messaging drives acquisition, engagement, and retention, and success is measured by comprehensive data analysis and results of A/B testing. Devika has held director positions for over 5 years and graduated from Georgetown University with a BSc degree in Computer Science & Math.
