Connie is the Vice President, Customer Engagement Marketing at Care.com, where she leads the CRM, Product Marketing and Brand Creative teams. Prior to joining Care.com, Connie led digital marketing acquisition and retention teams at Sephora driving over 20% of Sephora.com’s revenue, in addition to leading omni-channel business development and content strategy initiatives. As part of Kendo Brands, Connie was also responsible for launching Marc Jacobs Beauty and Formula X Nail websites, in addition to overseeing the e-commerce business for Ole Henriksen. Connie was also instrumental in launching online partnerships, paid search and email programs for Williams–Sonoma Inc. brands (Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn Teen and West Elm).
