Carolyn is VP HR partner to EA’s Chief Technical Officer, Ken Moss as well as leading Talent Analytics globally. Carolyn has been at EA for 7 years in a strategic HR leadership role for the Sims studio, digital marketing, and corporate teams. Previously, she has worked at TIBCO Software, Siebel Systems, Compuware and as a strategic compensation consultant at Mercer Consulting. Carolyn holds a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from Miami University, and an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan.
