Carol is GroundTruth’s Senior Director of Software Engineering for its Applications team. In her current role, Carol is responsible for scaling GroundTruth’s campaign management suite while developing new capabilities that drive value for customers. Prior to joining GroundTruth, she served as Senior Director of Engineering at Rockyou, where she led game development for the largest game studio. Carol has over 13 years of experience in software development and of those, seven years managing interdisciplinary engineering teams. She has worked in multiple different spaces including e-commerce, gaming, and ad tech. Carol holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. She is passionate about encouraging females to pursue education in the STEM field and increasing women representation in the tech space. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family.
