Candice is a Senior User Experience Researcher in the Experience Design Group with Oracle NetSuite. Candice has 11 years of experience in user research and strives to understand the holistic customer experience using a variety of methodologies. She is an editor for User Experience Magazine, the magazine for the User Experience Professionals Association. Her previous work took her into the worlds of B2C and B2B websites in healthcare, consumer products, retail and transportation, and before that, she was an editor at a newspaper and used a pneumatic tube daily.
