Barbara brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience. Barbara has a strong entrepreneurial track record, growing businesses from concept to over $100M four times in three different companies. She has been a CEO twice, most recently at Element Labs, a market leader in high-end video software and lighting systems for entertainment and architecture. Prior she was CEO of NeoScale Systems, a pioneer in enterprise storage security. She was EVP/GM of IronKey by Imation, a cloud enterprise security business. She led tape, media and hard drive businesses at Quantum and memory businesses at Intel. She has a BSEE from Stanford University. For fun, she’s traveled to over 80 countries with her husband and plays keyboard in a couple rock bands.
